Housing Trust Fund/ Private Activity Bond Technical Assistance Webinar

Are you interested in developing Affordable Housing in El Paso County?
The Housing Trust Fund (HTF) provides gap financing loans to agencies with the experience to design and administer innovative housing programs. The deadline to submit a HTF or PAB application is May 1, 2025 at 5 PM.
Programs/projects may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Development of new, affordable, accessible housing units (high priority)
• Preservation of existing, affordable, accessible housing units (high priority)
• Initial homeownership for low-income families
• Permanent Supportive Housing for Homelessness Prevention
• Special needs housing
• Housing rehabilitation
